The Philippines’ Bureau of Quarantine advises travelers to register for One Health Pass (OHP) to avoid “hassle-free” arrival processing in the Philippines.
Starting May 3, 2022, there’s yet another way to obtain One Health Pass in order to travel back home.
Registration is 100% FREE. 👍
If this new process is implemented in an orderly manner and the procedure of obtaining a pass is efficient, I think this is a good protocol – just like how any other country does as well. But right now, with loads of form fields required to fill up, documents to upload, and a lot of texts to read through, the website is frustrating to use, and not very mobile-friendly at all. 👎
One good thing we could appreciate is that we are heading in the direction of becoming paperless. 👍Â

So here’s how to get a One Health Pass today. This will be the new process of OHP registration for arriving passengers in the Philippines beginning May 3, 2022.
24 hours before your flight
- Go to onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC and fill up a long form (see photos below).
- The website will only allow you to register if your flight is within 24 hours.
- The website will only allow you to register if your flight is within 24 hours.
- Upload a COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR or Antigen) AND a vaccination certificate.
If you successfully registered, you will see a bar code after you submit your details.
These are the 2-part long forms you need to fill up:
12 hours before your flight
- Answer your health declaration checklist. (Ex: Have you been sick in the last XX days?)
- I assume that you need to visit the website again to complete the checklist.
4 hours before your flight
- Within 4 hours down to 1 hour prior to departure time, check if you receive a QR code that qualifies your for the “express lane.” You have to complete the registration at onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC to qualify for the express lane.
Upon flight check-in
- Show your One Health Pass registration to the airline staff at the check-in counter. Please note that a QR code is not mandatory. It is only used to qualify passengers for express lane service.
